Revision Policy

Although we always strive to provide premium quality content, we recognize it may sometimes be necessary to make revisions to the delivered product.

You are entitled to request as many revisions as may be required to make the content consistent and compliant with your initial content brief.

We offer a 14-day Revision Period for all content orders placed through our website. Where a request for revision is not submitted within the stated period, we will assume the client is satisfied with the content and no further action is required.

Every order is eligible for revision within the 14 day period if the revision request adheres to the following requirements:

  • The revision instructions you submit must be clear and precise. In addition, they must not contradict the initial brief. Should our Quality Assurance Department decide that your original guidelines were followed, your request for revision shall not be processed. In this case, you will need to make a new order for proofreading/editing.
  • No content changes may be made by the customer before revision takes place.
  • Content must not already be published online.
  • No other terms and conditions are violated.
